• Optional automatic custom emails from you to your buyers. The emails can be setup to be sent when a new or revised listing matches your buyers or weekly to keep in contact with your buyers by letting them know that there are no matches and that you are still looking out for them.

Listing Activity Information Reports

• Complete record of your own printing and email of reports on your listings by your office and by other linked BBMS members.
• Reports can be printed and sent to your seller.
• Periodic emails reminding you that your listing is about to expire.
